Jennifer’s journey began in her home kitchen, where she experimented with flavors and designs for family birthdays and holidays. What started as a creative outlet quickly blossomed into a full-fledged business as word spread about her stunning creations and unforgettable flavors and she opened Cheeky Monkey Cake Company in 2011. Now moving beyond the storefront to a custom cake studio, she continues providing clients with delectable creations that aren’t just desserts—they’re centerpieces, conversation starters, and cherished memories.

She mentors other cake artists and bakers by traveling and teaching at Cake Shows the world over and formerly served as the State Representative for the MS Chapter of ICES and the Vice President of the International Cake Exploration Societe' and is the current Director and Founder of Cakin' the Coast.
